This page describes the steps a user can take to request support for any issues they encounter while downloading, installing, or using the InvestoShark mobile app

  1. Send an email to support@investoshark.com from the email address affiliated with your account (to verify you are the account owner).

  2. Someone from the InvestoShark team will try to address your request within 48-hours and will respond with a confirmation email once the request has been acknowledged.
